Whitworth Gospel and Racism Conference

An integration of biblical, theological and cultural applications of Jesus’ Good News for a topic of vital importance to the church and society

“Jesus has broken down the dividing wall of hostility” (Ephesians 2:14). What does this bold claim mean for God’s people in a time when racial tensions across our nation have resulted in increased hatred and violence? Such alarming cultural trends challenge us to reflect upon the personal and systemic evil of racism through the mandate of Jesus’ Good News for all people. How can Christians confront the persistent racism that prompts deep division and promotes violence? This conference will encourage believers to live out the Gospel of peace boldly and creatively. Join our speakers and your fellow participants as they discuss these complex issues.
